How can I edit/cancel my order?

 

Pure leather orders: As all these products are made to order & the manufacturing process is started within a few hours post receiving an order, an edit/cancel order request is only eligible if raised within a few hours of placing the order.

All other products: If your order is still in our warehouse, then it can be cancelled/edited, however, if it has been picked by our courier partners (which usually happens within 1-2 day post receiving an order) then it might not be possible for us to cancel/edit it.

Still, you can apply to edit/cancel your order by filling out this form and we will do everything in our power to fulfil your request, if possible.
