Discount Codes & Offers

Discount codes are subject to stock availability and specific terms. Devoted reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any discount code or offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Devoted reserves the right to verify customer identity, billing details, payment information, or shipping information before processing or dispatching an order. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of the order.

Product Appearance & Natural Leather Disclaimer

Product photographs are intended for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and device displays, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website.

Genuine leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, pores, wrinkles, natural markings, colour, and shade are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

 

Product Measurements

All products are handcrafted. Accordingly, finished product measurements may vary by approximately ±1 inch (±2.5 cm) from the stated measurements without constituting a defect.

Pricing & Website Errors

While we make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate, pricing, product descriptions, stock availability, images, and other information may occasionally contain typographical, technical, or human errors.

Devoted reserves the right to correct any such errors, modify information, or cancel any order placed based on incorrect information, including after payment has been received.

Devoted reserves the right to refuse service, suspend customer accounts, cancel orders, or refuse future purchases where fraudulent activity, abuse of our policies, payment disputes, chargebacks, or misuse of promotional offers is reasonably suspected.

Fraudulent or unjustified payment disputes and chargebacks may result in recovery of associated costs, suspension of future purchases, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Customer Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities occurring under your account. Devoted reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

- The size tag on the actual jackets reflects the outer measurement (outseam) of the jacket, which is +4" for non-fur jackets and +6" for fur jackets than the inseam, ie, the actual fit.
For example, an M (40") non-fur jacket will carry a 44" size tag.
This is intentional and done to simplify future alterations as once crafted, inseam is very hard to measure.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & MORE

  • The maximum liability of Devoted for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
    Ie,  The maximum liability of Devoted arising out of or relating to any order, product, or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devoted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other consequential or economic losses arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, inability to use, or performance of any product or service.
    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, washing, or odour may be rejected.

  • If a return or exchange fails quality inspection, the same item will be shipped back to the customer.

  • Return or exchange is permitted only once per order.

  • If a refund is approved after an exchange, it may be issued as store credit after deducting applicable shipping, handling, and restocking charges (typically ₹500–₹2,000 depending on the order).

  • If incorrect bank details are provided and a refund fails, the refund will be issued as store credit or gift card.

  • If bank details are not shared within 20 days of refund initiation, a store credit will be issued.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Size Tag Disclaimer: Due to the handcrafted nature of our jackets, the size tag indicates the outer measurement (outseam) rather than the inner chest measurement (inseam). Accordingly, size tags are intentionally 4" larger for non-fur jackets and 6" larger for fur jackets than the actual wearable chest size. For example, a jacket tagged 44" has an actual 40" inseam, which corresponds to our standard Medium (M) size. This sizing method facilitates easier verification and future alterations and does not indicate an incorrect size.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (₹100–₹300 on average) will be deducted from the refund. Store credit refunds will not incur such deductions.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all claims relating to an order must be raised in accordance with the timelines specified in our Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policies.

  • Any token amount collected for COD orders is non-refundable under all circumstances.
