Politique de remboursement

i. We accept return/exchange requests raised within 7 days of order delivery.

ii. All returned products must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact. 

iii. Refund of shipping/COD charges is not applicable.

v. If the product received has any kinda defect or you have received a different item then please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

vi. After receiving the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and your return will be finalized.

vii. Exchange/return is only valid once per order & can't be returned or refunded, as one exchange/return is usually enough to sort out customer issues like getting a bigger/smaller size etc.

viii. Return of accessories, gifts, gift cards, promotional items, on sale items is not applicable.

ix. Exchanges are free, take 3-6 business days.

x. a. Refunds are free if opting for devoted money (credits that act just like money in our store & are valid for a lifetime). 
Takes 4-7 business days.

    b. If opting for a refund to any other mode then 5% handling & restocking fee will be charged of the total order's value. Takes 8-15 business days.

 

 

WHY DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE 8-15 BUSINESS DAYS?


Here's the return process:

1. The customer files the return/exchange request
2. We contact the customer (if required) & arrange the reverse pickup by a 3rd party courier company (if the service is available at their pin code) within 2-3 business days.
3. The customer packs the product in the same manner as it was received, unused with all the tags intact.
4. a. In case of an exchange, as soon as the reverse pickup is done our team ships the exchange from our warehouse ASAP, which then reaches the customer in 3-6 business days.
     b. In case of refund, as soon as the returned product/s reaches back in our warehouse (3-7 business days post pickup), we perform a quick Quality Check & then initiate the refund which then reaches the customer in 1-3 business days.

 

Please note: Do not remove the white seal tag from the received product if you wish to exchange/remove it, the tag has "no return/exchange if seal broken" explicitly written on it. If removed return/exchange will not be entertained.
It's recommended to the customer to record a video while handing over any return to the delivery personnel where the packing & tags of the product is visibly intact as if in case any return is received by us & the tags are not intact then we reserve the right to not provide any return on that order. 



For the Rest Of the World -


i. If any product received by you has any issue/defect or sizing problem, then you can raise a return request and your money will be refunded, if applicable. To file a return, you need to ship the product at our warehouse(address "C Prashant Vihar, Sector -14, Delhi-110085, India) at your own expense. To keep the returning cost low, we suggest you return the items using a standard postal service.

ii. We accept return requests raised within 20 days of the order delivery. I.e, your return request must be initiated within 20 days of receiving your order.

iii. All returned products must be unused, unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.

iv. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

vi. After we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and your return would be finalized.

vii. Return on accessories, gifts & gift cards is not applicable.

viii. Returns are not applicable on sale/discounted items.

 

Note: If the QC(quality check) of any return/exchange is rejected then the original used item received will be shipped back to the customer. Devoted owns the right to reject any QC if the items received show any signs of being used or worn out in any shape or form, including bad odour.
In case a product received is without the original tags &/or packaging then a refund will only be processed in the form of store credits/gift card/code & not in the form of bank transfer to the customer's account. 

- If a customer provides any incorrect bank details for a refund and the refund transaction fails due to the same then a gift card/store credits will be issued for the refund.

- If any custom product is created for any customer in anyway then return/exchange will not be applicable in any circumstances as the product will be of no use for us as an organization. If any changes can be made to the product delivered then the team will have a internal discussion regarding the same & get those done if possible. 

- While processing a refund, if the customer does not share bank details via replying to our email wherein we ask for the same from our official email ID (support@devotedstore.com) within 20 days, a gift card will be issued to the amount equivalent to the original refund.

Note: We work with some of the best and most reputable third-party logistics companies to provide you with safe and timely delivery. While shipping is not handled directly by us, we will always assist you and do our best to help resolve any concerns that may arise. That said, we cannot be held directly responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party logistics providers in any shape or form.

- If a customer chooses to self ship any product to us, it should reach us within 2 weeks of the request being raised/our team approving the same otherwise a return won't be possible.
